Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working in pediatric and/or school environments preferred
- Proficient in providing teletherapy services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver therapy through in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions
- Work closely with classroom teachers, families, and IEP teams
- Document progress, maintain accurate student records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and consultation to school staff and families about strategies for supporting student success
