Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure for the state, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience or strong interest in school-based, pediatric SLP services
- Clinical Fellowship applicants (CFY) are welcome and supported
- Teletherapy experience, or willingness to train, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for collaborative teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication difficulties
- Deliver therapy services on-site and through teletherapy platforms based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and student success
- Maintain progress documentation and timely reporting, ensuring compliance with all school and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
