Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist in Hollywood, FL

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license, with CCC-SLP credentials highly preferred
- Strong clinical foundation in pediatric therapy
- Consideration given to SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Skillful in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech/language disorders
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation and EMRs
- Collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy
- Please note: this role does not include COTA supervision
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized speech/language therapy sessions with pediatric clients
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on best practices
- Assess, document, and track client progress
- Collaborate closely with families and other clinical professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
- Maintain compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
