Preferred background and skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in skilled therapy, healthcare, and pediatric caseloads
- Strong interpersonal abilities and commitment to family-centered care
- Comfortable managing responsibilities independently (COTAs not included in clinic model)
- Openness to hybrid work arrangements
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus, though not required
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in clinic and hybrid (remote/in-person) settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client progress
- Accurately document sessions and maintain compliance in record keeping
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinic meetings
- Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic culture
