Key qualifications we seek:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Valid SLP license; open to therapists with CCC or those completing their CFY
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy is highly desirable
- Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating childhood speech or language disorders
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care
- Healthcare SLP background considered an asset
- Interest in working with a diverse caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Please note: This role does not include COTA supervision responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in a clinic-based and/or hybrid setting
- Conducting thorough evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans
- Tracking and documenting progress efficiently for parents, school teams, and insurance
- Participating in regular team meetings to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Engaging with families to support home practice for optimal outcomes
