Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dallas, OR

Ideal Experience and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience providing SLP services to pediatric populations, especially within school-based environments
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and documentation for students at the elementary level
- Strong communication abilities to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that target a range of communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school district requirements
- Consult regularly with classroom teachers, parents, and related service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
