Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Oregon SLP License or the ability to obtain prior to start
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Background in pediatrics or experience working with school-aged children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions for elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to drive student success
- Maintain thorough records of evaluations, progress, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
