Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Comfortable delivering services in school and teletherapy formats
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric settings
- Knowledge of IEP process and compliance requirements
- Tech-savvy for virtual therapy platforms
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings to share progress, set goals, and provide professional input
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Utilize digital tools to deliver engaging teletherapy sessions as required
