Elementary Middle School Speech Language Pathologist in Washington, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
- Experience working with children and adolescents across Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individualized student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and student progress
- Provide support and resources to promote effective communication across the school community
