Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a dynamic caseload of 35-55 students in Pre-K through 1st grade
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with educators and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continued professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance requirements for school settings
- Monitor student outcomes and adjust plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams as a valued member
