- Rural SLP roles (TK-8th, requires travel between school sites)
- Preschool SLP (ages 3-5, based at one location)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license/certification
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual skills highly desired
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
- Ability to manage caseloads of 35-45 students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned caseloads
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary SPED team
- Conduct assessments, IEPs, and progress monitoring
- Provide services in accordance with school policies and special education regulations
- Engage with families and educators to support student growth
