In this contract position, you’ll utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of children experiencing speech and language challenges. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Facilitate engaging therapy sessions focused on speech, language, voice, and fluency goals
- Track and document student progress with detail and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists for cohesive, student-centered care
- Empower and educate families to support their child’s progress beyond therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged clients is a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Confidence to work autonomously and as an integral member of a collaborative team
To be considered, candidates must have an active state license and a Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology.
