Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each student’s unique needs
- Lead engaging, goal-driven therapy sessions in accordance with best practices
- Track, monitor, and maintain detailed records of each student’s progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other allied professionals to provide holistic support
- Educate and empower families to be active participants in their child’s growth and progress
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience within pediatric or school-based settings is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Capable of independent initiative as well as effective teamwork
