School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Livingston, California
Make an impact in the lives of young students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, working on-site with a welcoming educational community near Livingston, CA. Starting July 17th, 2026, you’ll help children in Pre-K through 1st grade build their communication skills and confidence—empowering their growth every school day.
This contract opportunity offers consistent weekday hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm) and a manageable caseload, beginning at approximately 35 students and potentially expanding up to 55. You’ll collaborate with dedicated education professionals to support individualized learning and development for early learners.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
- Skilled in designing and delivering age-appropriate speech and language interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy for students in Pre-K to 1st grade
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate actively in faculty meetings and student support teams
- Foster a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment
