Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- State licensure (or eligibility) in California
- Experience in school-based settings, working with Pre-K through 1st grade preferred
- Ability to work on-site and manage a dynamic caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to PreK-1st grade students
- Manage a starting caseload of 35 students (with potential to grow up to 55)
- Assess, develop, and implement personalized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and support inclusive educational practices
