Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP certification
  • State licensure (or eligibility) in California
  • Experience in school-based settings, working with Pre-K through 1st grade preferred
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a dynamic caseload
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to PreK-1st grade students
  • Manage a starting caseload of 35 students (with potential to grow up to 55)
  • Assess, develop, and implement personalized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Participate in IEP meetings and support inclusive educational practices
