Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Valid state license (or eligibility for California licensure)
- Solid experience providing speech services in a school setting
- Ability to work full time, on-site
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language therapy for students in PreK – 1st grade
- Manage and support a caseload starting at 35 students, with potential to grow to 55
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports
- Foster positive, supportive learning environments
