Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year accepted)
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric therapy preferred
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based service delivery
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students’ academic and social development through effective interventions
