Qualifications for Success:
- Active California SLPA License required
- Experience or strong interest in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy environments
- Ability to provide comprehensive evaluation, assessment, and treatment for speech/language needs
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued
- Work confidently with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based evaluation, intervention, and consultation for preschoolers with speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain collaborative relationships with educators and families to support student progress
- Accurately document services and treatment plans
- Participate in school meetings and contribute expertise as a valued team member
- Assist in the planning and adaptation of therapy goals to fit individual educational needs
