Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered
- Expertise supporting pediatric or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation in school settings
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to PreK-12 students
- Collaborate with special education staff, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning for students’ unique needs
- Maintain up-to-date required documentation and progress reports
- Use evidence-based practices to engage students in individual and group speech therapy sessions
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on student development and outcomes
