Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Corona, California
Corona, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare SLP settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a school-aged population
- Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Strong collaborative skills to work alongside teachers, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language needs among students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and all required documentation
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices
