Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations, preferably in grades 8–9
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and fostering a positive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades 8 and 9
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and collaborate on IEP development
- Document student progress and adapt therapy interventions as needed
- Engage in regular communication with parents, teachers, and related staff
- Support inclusive practices and promote student success in academic and social settings
