Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Licensed and eligible to work on site in Oregon as an SLP (CCC or CFY)
- Background in school-based, pediatric, or early childhood speech services preferred
- Comfortable supervising SLPAs and/or working with bilingual students (20% Spanish-speaking caseload)
- Open to travel assignment for the 2026/27 school year (August–June)
Responsibilities:
- Direct and consultative services for students ages 3-5 in Early Childhood Special Education
- Participate in IFSPs, provide speech groups (1x/week), and push-in/services at 40 minutes per month per student
- Supervise up to three SLPAs and coordinate with bilingual assistants
- Adjust caseloads as needed, starting at 35 and increasing to around 65
