Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CA SLP license or eligibility
- Experience supporting AAC users required
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and CCC-SLPs
- Prior experience in school settings and with students with complex communication needs is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy within two SDCs serving students with extensive support needs
- Develop and implement AAC interventions
- Collaborate with educators and support staff on communication strategies
- Assess, document, and report student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and family communication as needed
