The second role begins in February (with an open end date) and centers on supporting 5th and 6th graders, delivering vital services to elementary-aged students. Qualifications:
- Valid CCC and Michigan SLP license required
- Experience in schools, including pediatrics and early childhood caseloads
- Proficiency in conducting speech/language and multidisciplinary evaluations for PreK students with complex needs
- On-site availability only
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital SLP for either early childhood or 5th/6th grade caseloads
- Complete thorough evaluations and implement effective therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Travel between multiple sites as needed (early childhood role)
