Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Active state licensure as required for speech-language pathologists
- Prior experience delivering therapy in schools preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct therapy sessions on-site or through secure teletherapy systems
- Monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure integrated student support
