Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ringgold, VA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and relevant federal/state regulations
- Comfortable providing in-person therapy and assessments in a school environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders for students in pre-K through grade 12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community
