Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication or related field required
- Valid and current SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure)
- School-based experience or pediatric background strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently under supervision
- Compliance with background check and fingerprinting requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students under SLP supervision
- Support assessment processes and assist with documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute observations and progress updates
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ needs
- Maintain timely and accurate records per school and district guidelines
- Travel as needed between assigned campuses, with incurred travel paid
- Engage in professional development and training as provided
