- Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Virginia
- Open to SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Prior experience working within school settings is preferred
- Familiarity with elementary caseloads and age-appropriate speech/language interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students in both group and individual settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor students’ progress
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with all applicable regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team approach
