Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings
- Comfortable managing caseloads with varying severity levels (moderate to profound)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs across diverse age groups
- Previous school-based SLP experience is preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K–12
- Evaluate, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support holistic student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams as a valued contributor
- Deliver services in both one-on-one and small group formats
