Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Clinical experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings
- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a variety of communication disorders
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize caseload responsibilities
- Experience working with students with moderate to profound needs is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Implement therapy sessions tailored to each student’s communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
- Provide support and resources to families as needed
