This full-time, contract position focuses on providing speech-language services in a school setting, supporting a diverse caseload tailored to your experience and area of interest. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to help students reach their fullest potential, with caseload severity ranging from moderate to profound.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or early childhood settings preferred
- Experience with K–12 populations; comfortable working with a diverse range of needs
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize service delivery and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs for students K–12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both direct and consultative
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with special education regulations
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and caregivers
