Whether you are a seasoned SLP-CCC, completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or an experienced SLPA looking to contribute in an educational or healthcare context, your background will be highly valued.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid and current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
- Experience or certification in teletherapy is a plus
- Previous experience working in school or healthcare settings is desirable
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in both in-person and teletherapy formats
- Collaborate regularly with educators and families, providing consultation and resources
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
- Supervise SLPA staff if applicable
