Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (required)
- Active SLP-CCC or CFY credential, or eligibility to obtain
- Eligible for appropriate state licensure in Virginia
- Relevant experience in school-based or healthcare SLP/SLPA roles; teletherapy experience a plus
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other related service providers
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Supervise and support SLPA staff as assigned
