Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (required)
  • Active SLP-CCC or CFY credential, or eligibility to obtain
  • Eligible for appropriate state licensure in Virginia
  • Relevant experience in school-based or healthcare SLP/SLPA roles; teletherapy experience a plus
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other related service providers
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
  • Supervise and support SLPA staff as assigned
