Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active license as an SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and in-person therapy delivery preferred
- SLPA experience in school or healthcare settings is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized education and treatment plans
- Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language intervention for school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports
- Provide virtual (teletherapy) and/or onsite therapy sessions as needed
- Supervise or collaborate with speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs) when appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to develop educational goals
