Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Connecticut
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Recent experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students from September 1 through mid-November (maternity leave coverage, full-time schedule)
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development as needed
