Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP - CCC credential
- Experience in school-based settings delivering speech and language services to diverse student populations
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create cohesive support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and other required records in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions as needed
- Adapt services and strategies to best meet the needs of individual students during the coverage assignment
