Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain before the start date
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a school-based setting
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students in general and special education
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with educational and legal standards
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and regular communication to ensure holistic student advancement
- Provide guidance, support, and strategies to educators and caregivers
