Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license, or eligibility, in the state
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in a school environment, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently across multiple sites
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and maintain detailed progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to support students’ academic and social development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Travel between 2-3 elementary schools as needed during standard school hours (7:30 AM – 2:45 PM)
