Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Accepted credentials include SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to serve students across multiple school sites
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Provide direct and consultative services, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Travel between assigned schools as scheduled
