Preference is given to candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), ensuring expertise and commitment to best practices in care.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP (Arizona)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with K-8th grade students, especially those with higher or more complex needs, is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-8th grade students
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and support student goals
- Complete documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for speech and language services
