Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred (internships and practicums count!)
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, using evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of evaluations, services, and student progress
- Serve as a resource to the school community, contributing to student success in inclusive settings
