Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Dedication to inclusive practices and individualized student care
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services for students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow clinicians to support holistic student growth
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication strategies
