Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or pending state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop tailored treatment plans and IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student progress
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as required
- Deliver both group and individualized interventions to address a diverse range of student needs
