Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Roxbury, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation in school settings.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to engage students, staff, and parents.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs and IEPs.
- Deliver therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers and families.
- Provide consultative support and resources to school staff.
