Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Quincy, MA

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Prior experience in school and/or healthcare settings
- Proficiency working with pediatric populations
- Knowledge and experience with AAC devices (required)
- Comfort delivering therapy via in-person or teletherapy modalities
- Ability to adapt communication and intervention strategies for diverse learning styles
- SLPA experience or collaboration is a plus
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Serving an elementary-aged caseload with diverse speech-language needs
- Assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based interventions
- Collaborating with educational professionals, families, and support staff
- Developing and implementing IEP goals and documenting progress
- Delivering engaging, individualized, and group therapy sessions (in-person or virtual)
- Contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings and supporting inclusive learning environments
- Educating and coaching staff on AAC strategies
