Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Quincy, Massachusetts

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours each day, providing comprehensive assessment, intervention, and support services within a collaborative and welcoming school team. Put your specialized training to use and build lasting impact by helping children achieve communication milestones.
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (CCC preferred, CFY considered)
- Prior experience within pediatric or school-based settings
- Demonstrated proficiency with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
- Comfort with teletherapy and in-person service delivery
- Solid clinical foundations and teamwork skills
- SLPA and SLP-Healthcare backgrounds welcome
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and documentation for an elementary caseload
- Implement and oversee AAC usage in classroom and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design and deliver IEP-driven goals
- Adapt approach to effectively engage and support diverse student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
