Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status welcomed
  • School-based pediatric experience (elementary caseload preferred)
  • Proficiency with AAC devices
  • Experience with teletherapy and healthcare settings considered valuable
  • Solid communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-time speech and language services (Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours daily) to elementary-aged students
  • Implement comprehensive AAC interventions and individualized education plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams, families, and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy sessions
  • Provide support via in-person and/or teletherapy formats as needed
  • Actively engage in IEP meetings and academic consultation
