Day-to-day duties will involve evaluating students, developing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with educators and families, and making a true impact in children’s lives. Flexible teletherapy options and experience with SLPAs in a healthcare context are a plus.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license/certification (CCC or CFY applicants welcome)
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school populations
  • Confident working with AAC devices
  • Teletherapy knowledge or background helpful
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work Monday–Friday, 6.5 hours per day

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students according to IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and maintain clear documentation for student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate with families
  • Support students’ individual needs, particularly those requiring AAC devices
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and SLPA partners as needed
