You will be managing an elementary-age caseload, utilizing your expertise in pediatric care and your knowledge of AAC devices to empower students with diverse needs. Engage with families, staff, and students alike—your communication skills and compassionate approach will truly shine here.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Proven experience with teletherapy and in-person interventions
  • Background working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with AAC device assessment, programming, and training
  • Comfortable collaborating with SLPA staff and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders within a school setting
  • Integrate assistive and augmentative communication technology for student access
  • Maintain effective communication with teachers, families, and other team members
  • Document progress and complete all evaluations and reporting requirements promptly
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of student goals
