Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Boston, MA

Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
- Experience working with elementary school-age children strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-age students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student communication goals
- Contribute to IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and consult with school staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
