Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Boston, MA

Required Skills & Experience:
- Must hold or be eligible for SLP-CCC or CFY credentials
- Previous experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations
- Proficiency with AAC devices and assistive technology assessments
- Ability to deliver services in both school-based and teletherapy formats as needed
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), treatment planning, and documentation
- SLPA and healthcare experience considered a plus
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized speech therapy interventions
- Integrate AAC devices and communication strategies as needed to support student success
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff on student needs and progress
- Deliver services in-person and virtually as determined by district requirements
- Maintain accurate records in adherence with school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student planning
