Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP licensure or SLPA credentials in Massachusetts
- Experience or interest in working in school-based settings with elementary-age children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and organize student caseloads efficiently
- Dedication to evidence-based speech and language intervention techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s IEP goals within the elementary population
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on evaluations, treatments, and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
