Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent for SLPAs)
- Current Massachusetts SLP or SLPA license (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with elementary age, is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities & Key Duties:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support each child’s unique needs
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation for school and district compliance
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
