Speech Language Pathologist in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Background in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, CFY, or Pediatric settings)
- Experience with school-aged children, especially in elementary grades
- Skilled in AAC device utilization and programming
- SLP licensure or eligibility required; CFYs and SLPAs with relevant healthcare experience also considered
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary-aged students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, including integrating AAC technology
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress, interventions, and communications
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to IEP development when appropriate
