Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure by the start date)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
- Ability to flexibly manage a varied daily schedule and caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Develop and implement tailored IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate student records and progress notes
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment
